- Dr. Mona Mostafa Korany Mahmoud is an Egyptian dermatologist, academic, and consultant who serves as a Lecturer of Dermatology at the Cairo University School of Medicine and a Dermatology Consultant at New Kasr EL Eini Teaching Hospital. She earned her medical bachelor’s degree (2013), Master’s degree (2018), and Doctorate Degree of Dermatology (2021) from Cairo University. Her extensive clinical training includes roles as a resident, senior registrar, and assistant lecturer. Dr. Korany is an active member of international professional bodies, including the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology and the International Society of Pediatric Dermatology. An active researcher and speaker, she has published studies on blistering diseases, rare variants, and artificial intelligence diagnostics. She has delivered presentations at global forums like the World Congress of Dermatology, supported by prestigious international grants and scholarships.
