- Dr. Islam Kassem is a highly accomplished Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and facial plastic surgeon based in Alexandria, Egypt. he earned his Master’s degree (MSc) and PhD in oral and maxillofacial surgery, and holds advanced qualifications from the Royal Colleges of Surgeons in Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Ireland (FDS RCS). He specializes in both therapeutic and cosmetic facial procedures—including orthognathic surgery, jawline contouring, rhinoplasty, and dental implants—and currently serves as the Head of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at El Alamein Hospital. In addition to managing his private practice, the IMAXFAX Academy in Smouha, Dr. Kassem provides patient care at major institutions like Dar Al Fouad Hospital in Cairo and offers consulting services across Egypt, Qatar, and Bahrain.
