Professor Dr. Yasser Helmy is a prominent Egyptian plastic and reconstructive surgeon, academic leader, and researcher. He serves as a Professor of Plastic Surgery, Vice Dean of Postgraduate Studies, and Director of the International Excellence Bureau at Al-Azhar University in Cairo, where he also acts as Chief Editor of the Al-Azhar International Medical Journal (AIMJ).
