Dr. Miguel Gonçalves Ferreira is a world-renowned facial plastic surgeon and Otorhinolaryngologist based in Porto, Portugal, recognized as a leading global authority in advanced rhinoplasty. He is most famous for pioneering the Spare Roof Technique (SRT), a revolutionary approach to nasal hump reduction that preserves the natural anatomy and biomechanics of the nasal bridge.
